Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs incurred by Edgexo arising directly from your unlawful use of the Platform, your material breach of these terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Edgexo's own negligence, misconduct or breach of law, or where such responsibility cannot lawfully be transferred.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. If your account supports account closure, you may request closure through the available account controls or by contacting us.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent consumer forum or regulatory authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision unless expressly agreed in writing.

These terms, together with any applicable product terms, service agreements and policies, govern your use of the Platform to the extent relevant to the service concerned.

If these terms conflict with a separately signed agreement for a particular service, that agreement will prevail to the extent expressly provided in it and permitted by law.
